UFI Learndirect Planet Work – Serious Games Simulation for Adult Learners

Learndirect asked Caspian Learning to engage entry level 1, 2, and 3 learners as part of their i-start programme. The goal was to increase personal and social development skills for learners who were about to enter or re-enter the workforce. The ‘Planet Work’ simulation was developed entirely in Caspian Learning’s proprietary 3d authoring tool, Thinking Worlds, which is available to companies via licensing agreements.
